Club Rockley Resort |

Club Rockley Golf Resort is set in 70 acres of tropical
parkland on the south shore area of Barbados known as
Worthing, with 145 rooms and suites, laid out in 7 small
low rise (two floors) "clusters."
Club Rockley Golf Resort is equipped with a 9-hole
(18 tee) golf course (par 35); 5 tennis courts
(3 are floodlit); Squash courts; Golf Club
Restaurant (dress casual); Private gardens; Swimming
Pool; Taxi service and much more...
The vacation apartment for rent by owner has an inviting
swimming pool set amidst private tropical landscapes,
or you can have a swim at the
beach, which is only a 10 minute walk away.
Nearby beaches include the popular Accra Beach and Sandy
Beach.
Within 10 minutes you can walk to upbeat bars and pubs,
enchanting shops, world-class restaurants and St.
Lawrence Gap, the entertainment district of Barbados.

and easily get a taxi to the airport and around the
island as well. Kensington Oval (where Cricket is
played) and Bridgetown (the capital city of Barbados)
are a 10 minute drive away. The Garrison Savannah, where
you can see world-class horse racing is only
a 5 minute drive away.

island.Your apartment was just fine aswell.The
apartment location is very peaceful and scenic
and we felt safe and secure. If we holiday in

Hi Juliana,
Yes, both my husband and myself as well as the
baby, enjoyed our stay!
The people were very friendly and we met many
locals who we ended up going out to dinner with
and taking us around the island!!
We saw most of the island, rented a car and went
to Harrison's Cave, the gully walk, had lunch
at the Round House on the east coast, swam at
Crane Beach, played tennis on the resort, visited
the Gap, went snorkelling at Folkstone park, had
drinks at Sandy Lane resort, etc etc.
You were right that I didn't need the stroller
as I carried Kristian everywhere and he loved
it!
We were very comfortable at your place and had
coffee each morning on the patio while Kristian
played in the grass with his toys.
A great perk to have free washing and drying,
you should play that up when advertizing your
place. We cheated and used the shuttle from the
other complex to go to the beach many times but
the retirees didn't seem to mind when they saw
we had a baby. There was also an internet service
there that my husband made use of. We also called
the babysitter you recommended once when we played
tennis and she was wonderful. FYI, she has increased
her rates to BDS15/hr as opposed to the BDS7 she
was charging before.
Junior did his best to accomodate us and was very
nice.
Thanks again for all your patience and help in
answering my questions. We were well packed and
prepared and after seeing the island, am glad
that we chose Barbados for Kristian's first trip.
I am sure it won't be our last!

This
is Alex and Mark in Barbados last week. We just wanted
to say "thankyou" we had a great holiday and
would like to make it an annual thing. James was a great
host and Ruth is lots of fun.
