Calendar
Our Booking Policy
A minimum stay of seven nights is required in the Winter
season and in the weeks of Easter and (US) Thanksgiving. At
all other times a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. Payment
in full is due 45 days in advance in Winter and 30 days in
advance in Summer.
We accept credit card, money orders,
wire transfers, and cash (cash not accepted for deposit payment,
only payment of balance).
Our Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation of Winter Bookings less than 45 days in advance
is subject to 100% penalty; 45-60 days subject to 25% penalty.
Cancellation of Summer Bookings less than 30 days in advance
is subject to a 100% penalty; 30-45 days subject to a 25%
penalty.
Purchase of Cancellation Insurance is recommended to cover
unforeseen circumstances.
